You can see the available rental dates when selecting the product options. Due to limited stock, we only provide rentals for weekends for the time being. We do our best to deliver the package by Friday or earlier using the estimated shipping calculator. A complimentary return label is included in your package, and the return must be postmarked by Monday.

Rentals can be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation is requested 20 or more days before the start of the rental period. Any cancellation requests within 20 days of the start of the rental period and before the rental ships will only be issued a 50% refund. Refunds cannot be processed for any rentals that have already shipped.

When renting a Hanbok Vest from Lunar Ot, we require a security deposit of $55 in case of loss or damage to the product. This will be refunded once the item is returned and inspected.

The late fee is $10 per day. If you need to extend the rental period for any reason, please let us know in advance. Once we verify that there is no schedule conflict with the next user, you may keep the item for $5 per day. In this case, the remaining balance of your security deposit will be refunded to you.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at lunarlunaru@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
